Is UnwinDo free?​

UnwinDo is currently in invite-only beta. If you have an invite code, sign up at app.unwindo.app.

What platforms does UnwinDo support?​

UnwinDo is a web app that works in any modern browser. Install it as a PWA for the best experience on iOS, Android, and desktop.

Does UnwinDo work offline?​

Yes. UnwinDo saves your data locally first so it's always fast and available. Changes sync to the cloud when you're back online.

Account​

How do I sign in?​

Enter your email address and you'll receive a magic link. Click it to log in — no password needed.

How do I sign out?​

Go to Settings (gear icon) → Sign out.

Can I use UnwinDo on multiple devices?​

Yes. Sign in with the same email on any device. Your data syncs automatically.

Data & Privacy​

Where is my data stored?​

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Supabase/PostgreSQL) and cached locally on your device.

Can I export my data?​

Data export is on the roadmap. Contact support at support@unwindo.app if you need your data urgently.

How do I delete my account?​

Email support@unwindo.app with your request and we'll delete your account and all associated data.

Features​

What's the difference between a Space, a Project, and a Task?​

  • Space — a broad life area (Work, Home, Health)
  • Project — a focused effort within a space (Website redesign, Kitchen renovation)
  • Task — a single action item within a project (Write copy, Buy tiles)

Can I share a Space with someone else?​

Yes — open a Space, tap the share icon, and send the link. See Sharing for details.

Why can't I add a priority to a Task?​

Priority is a project-level concept in UnwinDo. To indicate urgency on a task, use the due date or energy field.
